I cringe when I have to go to this branch of Citizens Bank. I like Citizens Bank it is this branch (Concordville) with very poor customer service. I have seen the employees in this branch speak very poorly to customers. I have waited countless times at the drive through window for ten minutes or more and when they do come to the window they say that they are busy with other customers but on one particular time I saw them talking to each other for that ten minutes. I do not go to that branch if I can help it. The Kennett Square branch is the best!!! Always helpful and speedy on getting me through the drive through in a timely manner.

So sad ... I have been going here for over 10 years,I've seen many managers come & go, I loved them all & was always treated very well, today there was a new manager & he was horrific & treated me extremely poorly, I have never in my life seen such arrogance. At this point I will never go back to this location as long as he is management, I will find another branch or find a different bank entirely, it's a shame

Exceptional customer service from Eddie thumbs up! by far one of the best employee that I have had encountered at this branch. The manager not so much. Eddie brightens up the branch his welcoming smile and charismatic personality always is welcoming and he is so very helpful. This branch gets my 5 stars because of this employee.
