Love Citizens Bank & Trust! I've been using them for all my financial needs since 2012 and they are always friendly and knowledgeable to help me with whatever I need! Thankful to have found a bank like this in Kansas City!

Not sure why all the other branches are getting bad reviews. My bank in Maryville is awesome. Everybody has a smile on their face and are more than willing to help you. Best bank out there.

I have not had any problems with Citizen's bank services. However I had a problem with my account and had to go through the manager, Tina.
Tina was rude to me and had a snotty attitude. She did not help me and basically said too bad.
I am closing this account and would not recommend working with the Moberly branch of Citizens.
