These jerks are no good.  The manager named Jeremy is totally a tool.  I wouldn't want them to watch my pennies!

Love Citizens Bank & Trust! I've been using them for all my financial needs since 2012 and they are always friendly and knowledgeable to help me with whatever I need! Thankful to have found a bank like this in Kansas City!

Not sure why all the other branches are getting bad reviews. My bank in Maryville is awesome. Everybody has a smile on their face and are more than willing to help you. Best bank out there.

I have not had any problems with Citizen's bank services.  However I had a problem with my account and had to go through the manager, Tina.  
Tina was rude to me and had a snotty attitude. She did not help me and basically said too bad.
I am closing this account and would not recommend working with the Moberly branch of Citizens.

yes just another jerk  YOUR messing with my money and my credit.  STAY AWAY FROM CITIZENS!!!  NASTY PEOPLE!!!!  STAY WITH THEM AND YOUR JUST ANOTHER JERK!!!!!!!!!
