Dont try to get a loan from this bank. They will string you along, demand more and more documentation and even if you have a 6 figure balance on account with them, they are obnoxious, unfriendly, do not return calls and send informal emails instead of calling or talking face to face. They imply that you are approved then ask for more documentation. After more than 2 months, they demanded more paperwork and made the loan unattainable. All they have to do is say NO instead of putting a good customer through the wringer.

From the first time I walked in the main location at Osage Beach, I was surprised and impressed by the staff's customer service and attention to detail. I was greeted immediately and was given prompt service. I felt that I was treated as a valued client and not judged on appearance or stature. This is absolutely a bank that cares about its customers and I have been given excellent service time and time again that continues to go beyond my expectations. You can't find that kind of commitment elsewhere.
