Opened a business account because I like Bremer's involvement with communities. Manager neither ordered checks nor a card, not even deposit slips. Found this out when I went in to find out when I could expect them. Went in after a week, saw my paperwork in full view, along with that of other new clients. I discovered when I finally received a card, that it was debit only, had been lead to believe, once I made sure one was ordered, that it was credit. I need the card for ordering business supplies, sometimes on-line, only cannot do this. Did Bremer do anything? Questionable since he is still manager and they did not contact me. Problems also with home account, but to a lesser extent, i.e. wrong checks.
Cashiers are fine. It is the management with which I have problems.
