I work at the branch in whitefish bay and understand the frustration that clients went through. I really hope people can understand it was the same ordeal for employees, we also went through a transition and it's not easy. I really hate the idea of rude tellers and people that come to our branch hopefully don't experience that. I will make sure that if you come into the lobby that will not happen. Don't know why i'm directed to this from google and why its under wfb, and our address, when all of these reviews are for other branches. As an employee this might seem fake but I could give a 'blank' about BMO. We could care less about working for a new "boss", but will never forget the people that we've met during our experiences. I say sorry for everybody that still hates a lable and not real people.
