Nice staff but account closed due a bounced check

I've experienced the Ocala branch of BBVA Compass, i found staff speaking spanish in the middle of Florida (Very useful since is a Spanish-chain Bank) , account opening with no issues even with an unclear immigration profile (Not resident yet at that moment), a decent platform i must say, a bit outdated online banking. But i couldn't celebrate the first year of the account: suddenly a bounced check from a client caused the closure without any other explanation than a "Thanks for bank with us" and a 2000$ closure check by mail.

Have been banking at the Granbury, 377 Branch for 22 years even before it bought the previous bank. Service has been near excellent on all counts! The staff is generally considerate and very helpful and as prompt as could be expected without a previously scheduled appointment. Have I ever had a problem - of course, but nothing that was not easily and quickly resolved.

Have been banking at the Granbury, 377 Branch for 22 years even before it bought the previous bank. Service has been near excellent on all counts!
