WE are a Catholic Church in York Nebraska with a request to help out a visitor from North Dakota with a check he needed to cash. The teller went above her job description to find out if the check was valid.

Ive been with this bank for almost 20 years,and this year will be my last. Every year the custmoer service of my branch goes down and down. I have two accounts with them and my daughter has an account with them. However, not for long. We live in a nieghborhood wth many banks to choose from and the Cherry Creek Bank of the West should realise that and act accordingly. My family is done, however, and we will go somewhere else.

Spent about 45 mins with a business banker named Raul Velasquez, tried and apparently my account was not processed properly as i can not get online access, both online customer service and Raul say i now need to come back into the bank so they can fix their mistakes, i am not happy at all and do not recommend this bank to any person who values their time
