Stephanie, Kathy, and the others who work at this branch are the best, and they are what make this bank. I've been going to this branch since it was Planters, and then Stellar One, and now it is Union, and it has always been my favorite branch because of the friendly people. Their interest rates have never been the best, being a commercial bank, but that isn't the fault of the people who work there, they don't set the rates they just quote them.

They are so slow but one thing that made me mad was, we have a checking account, it's just 13.00 dollars. My husband got a check from someone who dealt with this bank and wanted to cash it. The teller would not cash it. My ? is can they do that. My inlaws had a checking account with them. Some one stole their account and took thousands of dollars. It took months to get it back. I heard it was a inside job.

RUDE!!!!!!! came to change out 4 20 dollar bills into small change for a business close by. The teller hesitantly took the cash. When she came back she said ‘this is the LAST time we can do this!’ ‘Do you have an account with us?’ Me: ‘no.’ ‘Well if you open an acct we have free checking.’ My thoughts... WOW! This is a bank, banks have cash of all types wth does it mattter if I have an acct or not just to get change lady?!?! So yes it will be the last time would NEVER open an acct with this bank you don’t support local businesses in the area WELLS FARGO ON SHORE DR SEE YA SOON!!!
