This bank refused to honor their own checks. My employer uses this bank and they refused to cash the check. They have cashed my employer's checks in the past but this time the teller was rude and decided not to cash it. She said, "the check is good but I need more ID"
They did not accept my license and thumb print as ID and basically told me to take a hike. I took all the ID out of my wallet but it didn't help.
I realize my employer is their customer so they don't really care about me. However, they should realize when they cash the check for me it is benefiting my employer (their customer).
I will petition my company to switch banks for the sake of the 100 or so employees.
