I have never had any troubles at this bank. Everyone is so nice and they are close to my age so it makes me feel comfortable. Also, If I don't know about something they don't make me feel like an idiot. I love you guys at this branch.

I've had a major business account with this bank for several years. They have always been combative, and make you feel like they're your customer rather than the other way around. This bank changes their policies willy nilly, and arbitrairily assigns check holds when they feel like it. They charge excess fees, and invent silly fees to charge. In just the past 2 weeks, they have put a 10 day hold on a local bank check and caused us problems, they have also put a 7 day hold on a local cashier's check treating it like an out of town check, then charging us a cash deposited fee on top of that. This bank charges us $50+ per month just because we deposit cash! Stay away, we are in the process of getting out ourselves.
