I have been with Wells Fargo since 1999 for general checking ans savings. I used to like them, but over the past few years the customer service has really gone down hill. Specifically at this location they never answer the phone, have long wait times to talk with a banker and just SELL SELL SELL. Why can't they just deal with the account mistakes THEY are making on my account, repeatedly, instead of trying to sell me stuff. I'm finally fed-up and moving to OnPoint. Bummer, because Wells Fargo is convenient, but everything else is horrible.
