I have not had a Wells Fargo account in years and they sent me to collections for a safety deposit box that I had years ago that I never used!!! Worst experience! Take your business somewhere else!

Do not bank at Wells Fargo in sandpoint Idaho. They do not return calls when they are suppose to and when they did call back after 3 calls from me it was’nt from either of the managers I requested to speak to. They made a obvious bank error and would not take responsibility and charged me overdraft fees.It’s clear to me now why there is such a huge employee turnover at this branch.
