It seems as though people are commenting on many different branch locations and not the one in question, which is 336 west bridge street in New Hope Pa.  The employees in this branch are wonderful and I have been going to this branch for years!!!! Not sure why certain people are commenting under NEW HOPE Wachovia when they are speaking of differnt locations in comments!!!! Learn how to read people!!!!

Lack of communication and no customer regard

I went into the bank at Columbus crossings, and stated my problem which had to do with a service charge I should not have gotten.  I was told I could get back 9 dollars of the 35.  I told them that was not acceptable.. Larry told me he would call me in a short time. 4:15 to be exact.  He never called.  I called the next day and he said he had handed my problem to the manager and she would call me right back.  Today is day 3 and I haven't heard from either one of them.. I plan on going to the bank today and closing my two accounts.. It looks like this day and time they would want your business, but I can truly say I will tell everybody I see about the poor service I have received.  My deceased husband was President of three different banks, and I can tell you this kind of thing would not have happened.

IN THE FUTURE YOUR BANK NEED TO INCLUDE A TELEPHONE NUMBER FOR YOUR BANK,,,I'M LIVE IN OHIO AND WILL BE MOVING TO FITZGERALD,,, CAN'T COMMUNICATE WITH BANK CANT RATE EITHER. THE REVIEW HAVE READ ABOUT YOUR BANK ARE NOT GOOD RATING SO THEREFORE I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS TO ANOTHER BANK. HAVE GREAT DAY
