Called this branch three times thus far without a call back. Asked to speak with someone about a home equity line of credit and was told that Edwardo was busy with a customer on Tuesday and would call that day. No call. Called again on Wednesday and was told Edwardo was off that day and the branch manager Orlando assured me he would call on Thursday. No call Thursday. Called again today Friday to be told Edwardo is on lunch and Orlando has gone home for the day. Guess there really is bankers hours.

I can fully agree with this reviewer. I have an account with this same bank at this very branch. However I live in England(United Kingdom).I have written twice to inform customer services on w matters. First about my change of address and second about my expired debit cards which I cannot use anymore. So far I have had no reply to my letters despite giving them my new address, telephone number and email address. I wrote to Ashleigh Scognamiglio, who explaining the situation , but it seems my letters have been ignored while they keep hold of my money in the account. This is totally wrong and unprofessional of this bank. I do not know who to turn to now.
Bank of America is better....and that is not saying much...

I opened up an account with TD last month after not being with a bank for a while. I get paid through direct deposit and my husband get checks from his employer. The direct deposit went through with no problems, funds available the moment it was deposited. My husband's check was another story.
We went in on a Saturday. I asked the very sweet lady at the desk how long will it take for this to clear as we have bills that need to be paid with this check. She assured me no later than Monday. Both my husband and I asked again while we were talking and made it clear that if it wasn't going to be available, we will cash the check at a check cashing place. We were assured funds would be available on Monday.
Monday came, no funds. Called local branch, got the run around. Called Tuesday, was told it would take 7 business days to clear bc of new account. I said ok, then WHY were we told otherwise...he had no answer. He did say funds will be available that Friday. Thursday checked online statement "Funds available in 2 business days". Ok, cool. So it won't be Friday but Monday I should be able to access the funds...WRONG!
It is now Monday and online statement STILL says 2 business days. WHAT?! Called bank AGAIN. They were confused bc funds should of been available on Friday like I was told. I was told I would get a call back in an hour bc he was going to call the "back office". Hour passes, no call. I call, He is busy, call back in about an hour. Called back in an hour...He is at lunch (at 2:40??). 4:00 called back...finally get him. Only to be told that he messaged (not called like he said he would) this "back office" and they said funds will be available Tuesday end of business if not Wednesday morning after 6AM. RIDICULOUS!!!
My husband is getting his next paycheck 2 days after this money (hopefully)clears...and he gets paid BI-WEEKLY! Funny thing is...it wasn't a large amount...it was a $385 check...We are cashing his next check at a check cashing place...bc lord only knows how long they will hold the next check.

I cannot believe how poor the service is in this bank. Despite having over $60,000 in my account, the bank rejected a $15,000 payment into my account from a client, TWICE, telling them my account was closed, as it was considered 'dormant'. When I tried to close my account and transfer my balance to my other bank, which is in Great Britain, they failed to do it because I did not have an ABA routing number. Banks in GB do not have these numbers. I told them this and gave them the GB alternative. They said I needed to send a letter with the ABA routing number on it. I told them again there are no ABA routing numbers in GB. They then asked again. The account is still not closed. Am I the only person who has asked this bank to transfer money to another country - surely not! I am losing the will to live!!!
