If someone highjacks your credit card, this Bank will attempt to screw you over, unless you inform them you will take legal action. They have no concern of you, just how much money they can gain from your deposits.

It’s been ten years since the last person commented on South Shore Savings Bank, KNA South shore Bank name changed in 2013.
All I have to say is this Bank has only gotten worse over time, it all boils down to GREED.
I’m confident that soon this Bank and those employees who participated in years of fraud and deception , will soon be exposed for every mortgage they for-closed on over the years where they were not the note holder at the time of the foreclosure sale. So many people lost there homes due to there lies and the mishandling of mortgage payments and they did nothing about it. Why? Because they sold these mortgages then later tried to say they didn’t. This Bank is a disgrace. It useto be a good Bank until the new CEO signed on. Never bothered to return my call, like he really cares , it’s all about being bigger and better and the community aspect is lost for good.
Karma has a way of catching up to these people.
