Wow! I've never had to deal with a bank/individual like the one in Westcliffe. My wife and I are on the next phase of constructing our new home in Westcliffe. We applied for the construction loan at the beginning of February and of this date have not advanced with the process. Susanne Crieder is the person that oversees the construction loan area. I found her to be very obtuse and extremely difficult to work with! We have submitted our application to a number of other banks which seem to be eager to have our business! This bank is a joke! IMO if you need money go elsewhere!!!
