I think the summersville office is very helpful and the staff is very nice and prompt they do all they can to help customers in a quick and accurate manner.

Everything have changed with this branch. The staff is very rude. They seem more motivated around themselves than the clients. They are rude. I felt very uncomfortable because they kept talking to each other. The female staff are ok; but the manager and a new guy seem to have an attitude problem. Very Conceited.

Customer service is horrible at this branch. The tellers are rude and difficult. They are unprofessional even the management. I'm removing my money from them ASAP.
