HA !If you want a great professional bank with great workers then do NOT go to ULSTER!!, this is the most unprofessional bunch of idiots you could ever meet....
especially the manager Lynn.
She is a total incompetent .I once went there to wire money over seas - first she grilled me as though I were a criminal for sending money to our factory workers because
she did not like the country we were sending money to , then she made out the wire transfer papers completely WRONG... when I called to find out why my money did not arrive after several weeks LYNN the manager, immediately blamed me ...the customer for her making out the papers all wrong and losing all the money!! Unbelievable!!
I only go there to use the ATM which by the way is always BROKEN.
I would not recommend this bank to anyone they are a hot mess

I just couldn't help but add this comment, after reading the only other one posted on this bank. It seems as if the writer had a bad experience with one person at his branch. That's sad, because my personal experience with my 2-3 branches is nothing less than awesome. Mine are in Woodstock and Kingston. When I walk in, it feels like home. I take my time because sometimes I want to wait for the teller of my choice. When I lost all of my statements, I wasn't treated like an idiot, but they were carefully printed out for me, It's like going to a local hangout for me - and so far, no mistakes. I've trusted Ulster over the national banks to do the right thing and over the past 10 years or so, they always have.
