These guys are idiots, this is my second review because I tried to reopen an account, so I went to one bank where they would have let me open right away which is on tropicana and pecos, and even on the phone they would have let me open an account, but then I wouldn't have been able to get a debit card right away, so I went to another one three miles away at Flamingo at Smiths, and was told by this arab guy that I must put in $25, yet the other two required nothing. I exhausted myself for nothing. Stupid digusting morons. So they close my count for no logical reason, WON'T get my $500 any time soon, then require I have 25 right away after saying I didn't have to put in it. ****** THESE ********!!!!!!

So, last year I signed up with them because they offered $65 to start with, how can you go wrong with that? But this year, I let it go negative, like by a few dollars, literally around 3 to 6, and before that happened I asked when it would be closed if it stayed that way, I was told FORTY FIVE DAYS. So, I allowed myself to go negative since there was no penalty for that at that amount, and didn't have a savings or direct deposit yet (I get SSI) and they closed it early! And I learn this how? The first hint was being unable to log onto my account, no email warning at all, just repeated error messages, how about "You're account has been closed"? Why not tell me that instead of wasting an hour or more of my time trying to check?! UGH! So then I go to the bank and find out it's been closed, and indeed, early. No explanation at all for that, zero, it was if the guy at the desk shrugged with his absolute non explanation. But they would let me open another account, so when I finally get there, I'm told they ran out of account numbers and to go to another bank that is open longer. What the? That's what I get for slaving in the heat on my bike to get there? Ugh!
Them closing my account early actually caused me major problems because I was about to deposit $498! Now I have to play games getting there on time and it's been about 4 days now because of their incompetence that I can't deposit or buy any goods other than food and drink with a you know what card. Because of that one closure of my account I must give them an overall rating of ONE, too bad since if not for that I would have given them all five stars! Oh and the one on Tropicana smells like a chemical hazard, it reeks of some cheap toxic Chinese plastic, like you'd smell in Office Depot.

I have been a customer of this branch for 6 years and have always been pleased. Jessica is extremely professional and helpful, and all the staff cheerful and efficient. They know me as a person and remember the kind of transactions I do. Especially, I have contact them from overseas regularly and they work with me with great trust.
Even though I have other banks nearer where I live, I remain loyal to this branch.
