I went to this branch this morning to get my debit card that their ATM took because I took more than 30 seconds to put my signed check in the machine. So went the next day with my 18 month old son to pick it up. Never imagine this was going to be the worst costumer service experience of my life. Right when I got in the manager (who was the most rude and discriminative person I've ever met in my life) started asking me qurstions to be able to get me my Debit Card back. Eventhough i answered everything right, she still didn't feel like giving it to me so she started asking me how much was the exact amount I spent of my last transaction, I said $20 at a gas station and she wanted the cent amount as well. Are you kidding me? then she asked me how much I deposited last, i gave her the exact amount and cent. Still not willing to give my card back she asked me in a rude way that she couldnt help me and that I needed to leave and call costumer service, I asked her I could provide her another kind of Id. So she asked for my car insurance card, i go back to my car for the second time and with my baby and bring her all the documentation imaginable and she didn't take anything because either my passport was expired and my insurance card had 1 letter misspelled. Are you kidding me with this? I will go tomorrow morning to close my account and open a new account with Bank of America. I will never go back to US Bank. I've only had negative experience with this bank. People are RUDE!!!! Don't bank with them, especially at US BANK in SCOTTSDALE RD.

US Bank is nothing but a bunch of crooks and liars, they've forever lost my business. If they're willing to charge me for insufficient despite having more than enough money in my account then they can keep their $70 and I'll take my other banking needs- auto and home loans else where.
