I don't really have a negative comment about the branch. Every time I've visited the Brooklyn Park branch I have never had any issues with wait time, or staff. The longest wait I think I had was maybe 5 min, no biggie it was after all lunch time, which a lot of people stop at the bank on their break. I just wish U.S. Bank would locate a branch in Brooklyn Center near Hwy 100. That would be much more convenient.

Isabella has never dropped the ball. I have had multiple banking requests for doumentation on new home purchases, requests for paper work, etc. She is a great representitive for US Bank and one of the main reasons I bank here.

I've always been happy with US Bank -- my husband and I have been with them since they were FirstStar. However, they charge fees for EVERY LITTLE THING! Plus, they put a 10 day hold on all checks over a certain amount. So if you get a Christmas bonus and it is a large amount -- you won't see it until after the new year. This is legal but a good bank with good customer service should wave this fee. The latest fee -- $8 per statement to get copies of past statements (that's without copies of checks!) I could go on and on but the petty fees have us discussing a new way to bank going forward.

I saw some of the reviews that were bad.  So I thought I should add my 2 cents of positive.  I accidentally left my ATM card at the bank and they called me to let me know.  I appreciated that.  Another time, one of the tellers told me about the $50 gift card I could get just for opening a savings account, that's nice.  They have been polite and friendly from day one.  Another time I forgot to endorse a check--they called my house and I came right back.  Best bank I've had lately.

I love the staff at Lombard-Emerald.  Although U.S. Bank has annoyed me plenty of times, everyone who works at this place does a great job and takes care of the annoying mistakes that happen because a business has gotten too big to function properly (i.e. any company that only has 800 numbers answered by machines that transfer you to operators in foreign countries).
Great people there.  I might have left U.S. Bank long before if it wasn't for this branch's team.  THANKS GUYS!

Do not deal with Carrie Brady, she messes up your transactions, puts your deposits in other peoples accounts, and has stolen from her branch and customers

This bank location has always been good to us.  I can't really say that there is anything exceptional about the bank but they are always timely and kind.  When we've had questions they've been willing to work with us and when we've needed new cards or a change of address we are in and out super fast.

I have never waited and have always been able to walk right up to the teller and make my transactions.  I have had no issues and the tellers and office staff have been helpful.

I've been banking with US Bank for almost 15 Years and that in itself says a lot. I didn't think that the service was the best at first, but I believe they have improved over the years.
I tend to believe the quality of service varies between branches too.

I'd like to take the time to send kudos to the US Bank at 4500 Hurstbourne Parkway in Louisville, KY. They always treat me with great respect and bend over backwards to see that my needs are met. Every person at that branch deserves a raise.

I don't have to do much business at the bank itself. But when I do I appreciate tellers very much.  I don't usually have to wait or the wait isn't long because there are always enough tellers.  They are always friendly and profesional.  When there is no one else waiting they will chat a little.  Makes me feel welcome.

I have been a customer since the 1990's.  The bank was formerly San Diego National Bank, and it was always wonderful and deserves five stars!  U.S. Bank brought in a new manager, Terri Darton, who screwed up all of the accounts, was rude, unprofessional, and even abusive to the customers, and kept threatening to close the accounts of the good, long-standing customers.  

Instead of firing this delinquent manager, U.S. Bank transfered her to Mission Valley.  So, we now have our beloved Clairemont Branch back, but the folks in Mission Valley are being subjected to abuse.  Beware!

I urge U.S. Bank to fire Terri Darton for cause, and replace her with someone competent and professional.

I am really surprised to see this many bad reviews.  I have not been with US bank very long- almost a year- but I switched over from Chase (which is by far worse!) and also came to this bank because there was a branch here on campus.  I have had a good experience so far, its no credit union, but theyve always told me straight what my fees were going to be and Ive never had a bad customer service experience in this branch or any other.  If the wait time in line was long it only cause its the only branch in Ellensburg and a lot of students bank there.  

Overall US bank has been *good*. Maybe not fantastic, but definitely not deserving of just one star in my experience.

I have been Banking at this location for a few years now and overall have had good personnal service.  The waiting time can be long sometimes but you can't blame the tellers there are only 2 or 3 and there are times everybody shows up at the same time.

My first time ever using this bank and first time at this location was excellent.  I was very nervous about going to this branch after reading the reviews but its was the closest to me.  The bank teller was absolutely adorable and professional, the wait in line was next to nothing.  Prompt, quick, and overall satisfying was my experience at this branch.  I am definitely returning to this location.

The Port Angeles WA US Bank Branch is one of best banking experience I have had. The staff goes out of their way to help me with acct. types money orders transfers and line of credit.

US Banks 800# customer service is the worst!  Very long wait times and most agents could care less about you as a customer.  I've had a couple of good agents over the years, but they are the exception.  Obviously using skills they learned elsewhere.  I have to say though that the Tracy Branch has one employee (Precious) that is amazing.  Super friendly and helpful.  She went out of her way to resolve an issue I had with their online banking department.  This was not her job or responsibility, yet she made the time and effort to help.  I was about to close my accounts until she rescued their business.  It's employees like Precious that make all the difference!

Hemant is marvelous - always remembers me by name; Jan(?)is funny - she's very motherly.  There's another male teller there that is my daughter's favorite - very good customer service - always with a smile.  The manager is knowledgeable and helpful.  They make suggestions to help US even if it isn't always in the bank's best interest.  Of course, we continue to be loyal customers so it turns out best for both of us.

While looking for their phone number on the internet, I noticed the average 3 star rating and was quite surprised, so decided to add my experience/rating. I've banked with USBank for years more out of habit than for specific reasons (initially with First Wisconsin, thru their name change to Firstar and eventually USBank)  Living in Tosa nearly all those years, our main branch was Mayfair and seldom went into the bank -- did all transactions with ATM's and over the phone.  I was delighted when the branch opened up at Wauwatosa's Pick'n Save. Since they opened, I've done in-person banking transactions, and I haven't had any negative issues. (transactions are relatively simple, including adding P.O.D.'s to our accounts, signing up for home equity loan, depositing multiple checks, etc.)

P.S. Went back and read the other comments and thought I should add we have always kept enough balance that any holds on our checks were never an issue (re: bouncing). Once, as a courtesy, USBank over the phone removed a small charge when my daughter's savings account dipped two dollars for two days under the minimum before I transfered more money into it. They explained it would be a one time courtesy. No problem. Rules are rules, and I appreciated the offer. I feel if you treat others with respect, they treat you back similarly. Using that "rule", I've never had anyone treat me poorly at the bank. If someone would begin to speak rudely, I would probably point that out but also try to defuse the situation.  I believe it sounds like the "one star" ratings are by people who had some stressful issues with finances or having a particularly bad day and I feel no matter what bank they dealt with, they would not be pleased with the outcome)

This branch provides excellent services. The wait time is very reasonable. The staff is very friendly. It opens every day so it is very convenient to customers. I have been a customer of this branch since March 1997 when it was Downey Savings. There is nothing to complain.
