Seems Morris Plan is unorganized! We moved from Illinois to Indiana. Have to have a Indiana Title to get plates. Dropped off a form to change state of residency 2 1/2 weeks a go. My wife called today about status. Told it was misfiled- who fault was that???- Now we are driving on an expired plate due to persons not knowing the Alphabet? I had to learn it in school, and would think, if working in a Bank, they should too. The lady just said "SORRY". Had to call back. Person in charge of Titles wouldn't call her back. What a JOKE!!!! If we get a ticket, I am sorry, but I am going to demand payment from them due to very POOR Clerical habits.
Thinking twice about EVER using this facility again!!!!

Noella is more worried about her pride than making the Bank money

I bought a car through a dealership and they got me a loan through The Morris Plan. Things went alright the first year and then I lost my job. A Customer Service Agent named Tom was, and always has been, very helpful but couldn't do much in terms of moving dates etc. for the two months that it was late consistently. Someone in my family offered to bring the loan current and continue paying till I could regularize it. Long story short - they didn't pay however the bank stopped calling me and said they sent me letters which I did not see/receive because they failed to record the fact that I had moved from my original address to Indianapolis for atleast 9 months that I interacted with them each month to make a payment.  Regardless ... they claimed I could not be found even though my email and my cell # were unchanged (and still are); after a failure to receive a payment since July of 2015, they hired a specialized company to track me down - who called me and I answered and is when I discovered the issue with the 4 or 5 months of non-payments.  I called the Morris Plan back and they refuse to take my money, to regularize the loan, instead they want me to return my car for repossession - which I guess would not only leave all the money I paid into the car a total loss but will also add to my payables because the car will be sold at auction and thus will not get market value.  The point really is, why when I explained to The Morris Plan the situation leading to 4 or 5 consequtive missed payments, the fact that I can regularize the account would Noella not allow me to do so?  Because she has no concern for the bank - her employer - or the customers - in this case me!  Unless I can work something fair out with the Morris Plan, I am going to sue Noella in court holding her personally liable for not allowing me to fix the situation (without asking for any leniency on their late fees, etc.). Stay tuned ... this is not over yet!  I am so tired of these prideful officers being remaining employed while costing the bank money and customers.

Please think twice about getting a loan through this bank.  If you try to pay on line it's an outrageous fee.  If you send in a check it supposedly takes seven days to get there from Indianapolis or if you send it post dated two weeks in advance, they still send you a late fee. Every month it is something with them and envolves trying to charge a late fee or a processing fee. My fiance owns the loan (he can't call due to his job) and three times I have been "put on the account"  and once again... "your not on the account, "we cannot talk to you".  I am so very frustrated with the disorganization of the company.  The tellers are rude (except for the last call),  it seems as if no one knows the correct policies or procedures.  The Morris Plan is a very unprofessional corporation.  You should just be able to make your payment and be done with it.  They need to stop being greedy and make it easy on their customers and not charge $9 dollars to make the payment online,  which they just added and came into the 20th century, and they charged you almost $5 dollars over the phone. This is ridiculous. If your going to sell loans to other cities,  please become customer friendly.  Believe me when I say that we are looking into other options to not have to deal with The Morris Plan. It is frustrating and time consuming.  I would give them a zero if I could due to the pure inconvenience of it.

Could be worse. SANTANDER charges a $10.95 Western Union fee just to pay your Monthly Auto loan payments. Every single payment that is made.
