I go to Suntrust Bank Greenbrair Pkwy about once a month, everytime ive been there it has been a awful experience. Not a welcoming environment, staff is very unprofessional & rude. I had my worst experience with a teller named Ashlyn Pagan. She is by far they most rude person ive meet in my life. After speaking to manager Anthony Hardie about her with no difference I advise people to use a different bank. This bank is the worst!!!!

The branch manager has the poorest customer service attitude I have encountered at local banks. She seems to be on the phone whenever I am in the office. Since most activities--except for the routine--need to be approved by her, the wait is infuriating. A year ago I waited two hours for a notary; constantly being told that she would see me in a moment because she was on the phone. Then I was told she was off the phone and would see me, and then told "wait" she was on the phone again. I finally left. I resolved to close my account but did not because it was just a short distance from my home. Then recently I went in for a notary and the same thing happened. I should have known better but the same thing happened. I left after two hours. This time I am closing all accounts. And I have been with ST since 1998.

I have banking with Suntrust for over 20 years. Had numerous loans and have 5 deposit accounts with them.  In the last two months, I have brought deposits to them only to have the tellers tell me that the money is short.  I make them recount and lo and behold, they find the shortage.  One of the tellers tried to short me over $2000.00 because he didn't know how to count hundred dollar bills.  Yesterday I went to this branch to the drive up window and didn't really pay any mind to what the teller was doing.  My mistake, the deposit came up short a hundred dollar bill.  The teller says I will go ahead and change it to show the shortage.  I am meticulous about money and will count it several times to make sure that I am right.  Needless to say that cost me $100.00.  When I questioned the branch manager she told me that the teller balanced and everything was right on her end.  I asked the branch manager if they had cameras on their employees, their reply was they did not see the need for it.  I told them they needed to start!!!  I AM CLOSING ALL ACCOUNTS WHICH TOTAL ABOUT A HALF MILLION DOLLARS!  PLEASE DO NOT BANK HERE.  THEY GIVE THEIR EMPLOYEES A LICENSE TO STEAL!!!!
