I am glad to see that I am not the only one having issues with this institution..
They have no idea on what they are doing. They will try and make you look like the idiot and put the blame on you when it is is clearly them. They will find any excuse even after asking a question showing that you did things correct.
My issue, they did not put the deposit in the right account when the account number was written on the back of the check, the debit card that was linked to the account was given and an ID was giving. We were asked what account and they still applied the deposit to the wrong account. This way, they can charge ISF's.. I am floored by the treatment from this nasty branch/company. They will not work with you at all...
Will be closing all accounts as soon as we transfer to a new institution. It has been way over due.

Slow tellers who are rude and unknowlegeable. I have NEVER had a problem at ANY Regions bank except this one. Please close this branch down!

I have had many bad experiences at the Regions Bank Causeway location in Metairie, LA. Things not being processed correctly, rude and very slow service by tellers at the drive up, opened a new checking account after my current one had money stolen from it, lady that opened the account gave me wrong information and didn't fix things on old account that assured me she would. Now the latest, they told me completely wrong information about processing a signature card for a new savings account and I haven't had access to the account now because of that wrong information given to me by them and the Regions customer service line. I'm quickly losing faith in Regions bank. If you use this branch, be very careful!
