After banking with First Citizens, Wachovia (now WELLS FARGO) and All South, we switched to REGIONS BANK in the Village of Sandhills. We have been with them probably now for 2 years. Our experience with Regions Sandhills has been second to none. They take care of you the old fashioned way. You are treated like a number, rather a human being. I give them my highest recommendation based on my experience with those other local banks.

Never had any problems. Mrs. Mary Helen,(window teller) is awesome with all that she does! Wouldnt bank anywhere else!When I need to go inside to handle business, all of the ladies greet me and are very pleasant.

THIS IS THE WORSE BANKING INSTITUTION I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF DEALING WITH. THE 9421 Baymeadows Road
Jacksonville, FL 32256 MAKE NUMEROUS ERRORS, ASSUMPTIONS, ACCUSATIONS AND OUTRIGHT DISCRIMINATORY ACTIONS/COMMENT. REFUSED TO TALK TO ME BECAUSE MY ENGLISH IS LIMITED EVEN THOUGH I HAD SOMEONE WITH ME THAT TRANSLATED WHEN NEEDED, THEY SAID TO SIT DOWN THEY'D GET A TRANSLATOR ON THE PHONE, I TOLD THEM I DIDN'T NEED ONE, OVER THREE HOURS LATER, I HAVE YET TO SPEAK WITH A TRANSLATOR. THEY KEPT ME AT THE BANK FOR OVER THREE HOURS, REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY OF MY MONEY CLAIMING SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY ON MY ACCOUNT TURNS OUT THEY WERE READING THE INFORMATION WRONG, TALKING ABOUT WIRE TRANSFERS FROM MY ACCOUNT TO BUSINESSES, THEN IT WENT TO CHECKS BEING DEPOSITED THEN THEY HAD TO GET A TRANSLATOR THEN THEY NEEDED TO VERIFY ALL MY DEPOSITS, CALLED MY ATTORNEY, REQUESTED COPY OF ID'S TO VERIFY SIGNATURES, THERE WAS NOT ONE WIRE TRANSFER ON MY ACCOUNT. MY HUSBAND HAD TO LEAVE WORK TO COME TO THE BANK BECAUSE THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY WITHOUT HIS NAME BEING ON THE CHECK EVEN THOUGH HIS NAME IS NOT ON MY BANK ACCOUNT. I GUESS THE WAY I FELT WAS THE WAY A CRIMINAL FEELS, THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS, I DID NOTHING WRONG AND YET WAS TREATED LIKE ONE. WE WERE THREATENED TO BE THROWN OUT THE BANK IF I DIDN'T SIT DOWN AND REMAINED QUIET BY AMANDA LAKEY AND A GUY NAME ERIC, AT THIS POINT, LISA CAN ONLY RUN BACK AND FORTH CHATTING WITH THE STAFF AND GETTING NOTHING DONE. IT TOOK ME REQUESTING TO SPEAK WITH HER SUPERIOR BEFORE ANYTHING WAS DONE. THE MANAGER WAS BAFFLED BY THE LENGTH OF TIME THEY KEPT US THERE FOR NO REASON WHAT-SO-EVER AND MORE IMPORTANTLY ALL THIS TIME NOT REPORTING ANY SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITIES. THEY DID NOTHING WHILE THEY WAITED, ONCE THE MANAGER ANGELA CAME ON THE PHONE, SHE INSTANTLY CONFIRMED THERE WAS NO REASON FOR ANY OF THE EVENTS THAT TOOK PLACE, THEY HAD ABSOLUTELY NO REASON FOR ANY OF IT. LISA AS THE MANAGER SHOULD HAVE ASKED US WHAT WAS THE PROBLEM NOT JUMP TO CONCLUSION AND JOIN THE BANK WAGON OF HARRASSMENT. THE BRANCH MANAGER LISA ANDREWS LACKS PROFESSIONALISM AND MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE YOU WALKED INTO A BAR INSTEAD OF A BANKING INSTITUTION. IT DOES NOT PROVIDE THE CONFIDENCE SOMEONE NEEDS IN THEIR BANKING INSTITUTION OR FINANCIAL MATTERS FOR THEIR HARD EARNED/LIFE LINE. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR FUNDS AT THIS BANK. IT'S QUITE SCARY. I GIVE THIS BANK -100 OUT OF 10. THEY ARE BY FAR THE WORSE BANK I HAVE EVER SEEN OR HEARD OF. HARD TO BELIEVE THERE IS ONE WORSE THAN BANK OF AMERICA, I WAS WITH BANK OF AMERICA FOR 12 YEARS, BUT REGIONS BANK IS BY FAR WORSE THAN ANY BANK I HAVE EVER SEEN OR HEARD OF.
