just take the advice i ignored when i opened my account....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
i have used Regions for over 4 years now and finally I am at my wits end and closing account. I avoided closing because its such a hassel to reroute all my billing/financial info. I have finally had enough of their poor customer service and banking procedures that im closing it!
This includes Fountain City, west knox and Clinton Hwy branch. horrible horrible horrible!
dont bother complaing to branch mngr's just a wasted effort. SEE YA REGIONS!

This bank is terrible. The branch manager does not address herself by name. The entire branch is rude, offensive to customers and refuses to explain anything.
