I am an attorney in New Paltz, New York and commenced an action to quiet the title to a parcel of real property of which a mortgagee is indicated as "U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Merrill Lynch Investors Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-OPTI" with an address of 1525 South Beltline Road, Suite 100N, Coppell, Texas 75019.  The process server could not find a U. S. Bank at that address and I would be grateful if you can provide accurate information to my office.   J. Philip Zand,  P.O. Box 55, New Paltz, NY 12561.  (845)255-1556 or JPZand@aol.com
