How toPurchase property as a first time buyer

see a piece of property we want to purchase, but we need help on how to go by doing what we need to do. We need to know what interest is needed what percent of money we would need for the closing, so forth. I am a senior citizen that want my family here with me, I don't want to be put in a home here without anyone near me.
