I love the ladies that work at the Phoenixville branch. They are delightful to talk to and extremely courteous. Cathy, the manager, is always available for additional consultation and advice. I've been a satisfied customer for about 20 years. Paying my bills online is easy and doesn't cost me anything. Just another reason I love this little town.

I went into my local Palmerton branch & opened an account. I forewarned them that I would be doing disputes with my card. The account was even set up so this could be done. I filed my second dispute for a TV & Blu-ray player that was returned back to the company & they are refusing to do anything about it & are refusing to file the dispute. They are telling me it's my problem to deal with & now I'm out over $3300. In addition the manager at the Palmerton branch is rude & extemely crabby. I told him that there is a chance I may be doing another dispute & he told me that he is closing down my card. I would not recommend doing business with this bank unless you like being treated like crap.

My company has done business with National Penn since we incorporated in 1983, when the name was First Service. Every bank employee we've dealt with for a variety of transactions has been courteous and efficient. We highly recommend National Penn and find the new Souderton branch to go above expectations.
