Just called to transfer a few dollars to my daughters debit account and the fellow who help me got me squared away instantly. My daughter was in emergency mode and needed this ASAP. The fellow that helped me was great. Got everything done within minutes. I have always had good experiences with this branch.

I called to get the balance on my account and close it as I sold my home in Yuma. The phone representative who made it clear he had better things to do than speak with me gave me my balance and told me I had to write a letter to close my account. I did this. The account was closed. Turns out an automatic debit cleared in the meantime. The day I received the notice I called the bank and paid the debit. That's when the overdraft notices started. For this one over draft I have received notices up $162 in fees although I have made several attempts to resolve this. When I tried to speak with a human at the branch office, the curt staff behaved as if bank's money was their own. I had this account with this bank for five years without problems--lesson learned-if there is an issue, you'll get no help. There are plenty of banks in the Foothills-try another one!

I have 2 accounts there. I started having a lot of overdraft fees and couldn't understand why. If I was short I would make a transfer from the other account. I found out that they post debits just around midnight then when it hits midnight they hit you with an overdraft fee of $32.00. Most of the times they covered it but they dont now. So the overdraft fees they take out first instead of covering the debt. But this midnight stuff is bull! I actually stayed up and watched it happen on my computer. I transfered money right away right after it posted and still got hit with the fee. I'm thinking it's time to change banks that are going with a lot lower rates. Oh and forgot to mention that these are active duty military accounts. No break for military except the monthly fee is dropped.
