I’ve been a client of Mercantil/Amerant for many years now and the level of service I consistently get from the branch in Galloway (87th) is exceptional. My last visit was very inviting and pleasant. The tellers were extremely friendly and helpful. After my transaction, I proceeded to the welcoming employees of the new accounts department and had a great experience and conversation with them as I was inquiring on different products to help me and my wife. I truly feel comfortable with this branch and would definitely refer my circle of friends as well as my family. Congrats to the manager on a job well done on hiring these great knowledgeable employees and making us, the client fell like we are not just a number, but family and friends.
