The ladies at this branch of legend bank are extremely friendly and helpful everytime I go in. I usually don't have to wait long to do my business. Everytime I go in I get greeted by name and they remember things about me and that makes me feel like they really care about having my business.

Local management is not very friendly. For some reason unknown to me, they chose not to speak when in casual meeting circumstances. I have been involved in meetings of community affairs where local management was present and they were not very cordial.

The ladies that work as tellers, etc., have always been very friendly and cordial.

Also, I have observed that they chose not to participate in Chamber of Commerce functions, such as annual banquet, and other activities. This is an important activity and shows community support.
