I generally deal with tellers Jennifer or Edy, both are exceptional! But everyone I've dealt with at this branch has been awesome! Not all Key bank branches are created equal... This one is the best!

I am disabled- used the drive-thru had much difficulty (only have use of right arm) after much trying tossed my deposit in the window - after teller was done with my transaction - she exited the bank came up to my car (still at the window) and gave me my receipt- knowing how difficult it is for me to reach the window - such kindness needs to be commended - The teller MYERSAL - NEEDS A GOLD STAR...

A thief altered my check and the bank accepted the check. I reported the incident to the police dept. and the bank asked for the police report and report #. Everything was given to the bank but they failed to follow up with me and have not tried to recoup the $500.00 from the other bank the money was deposited into. When I asked the bank officer why did he not get in contact with me, his response was that he deals with too many people to have given me a call! I was treated like they don't want my business and I was a bother. I pay for service but get attitude instead. #changebank.
