I had to switch my home office to Martin way. I filed a racism complaint against the customer service manager. After the investigation I received positive reassurance and service from the corporate office that the situation was being dealt with. I am happy with the service and I was happy with the teller. It may have just been a bad hire.

My account had an automatic withdrawal I forgot (completely my own fault), followed by the bank's fee. I fixed this issue and deposited extra to go to the grocery store. The bank cleared my grocery store trip before my deposit, incurring another overdraft fee. By the time I paid that, my account had been negative for over 3 business days. ANOTHER fee. (Potentially reasonable, even at this point.)
Following this, FEE. FEE. FEE. Sunk $200+ dollars trying to fix this! Lady at the bank incredibly unhelpful. Account can't be closed while in the negative. Fees keep piling on, no more money to fix. Account holder for 4+ years, no respect at all. DO NOT USE THIS BANK, THEY WILL SUCK YOU DRY AND WON'T CARE AT ALL.

Collective Morons at Walden Galleria Mall

I own a store in the Walden Galleria Mall. I have been so busy with developing this store and maintaining my other two stores that every time I was in the mall I virtually ran out of time to open a new account. After this incident, which was simply one of my employees needing singles. My employee was told that we do not have an account, and refused to make change. Later that day I came into the branch to address this situation not only the two tellers, but also the Manager herself laughed in my face. I promptly replied I am not laughing, turned and walked out. This will be the last time I walk into this branch, hence I will never have an account with this bank...

I went in with my kids to make deposits into their savings accounts. We had some loose change so I asked for rolls and they were very rude about it and said that they couldn't take rolled coin. I said are you refusing their deposits??
The guy teller said yes..I rolled it anyways and then approached someone at the desk and explained the situation. They eventually made the deposit but what could have taken 15 minutes at most lasted almost an hour of waiting. I was very disappointed in the manner of the teller staff. I couldn't believe they acted this way especially dealing with children trying to save money instead of spending. Needless to say I will never use this branch again!

Stuck-Up Tellers

I used to never have issues here.  The tellers were polite and patient, except when I got a job change.  I used to work in retail, now I'm a painter.  I went in, wearing my work clothes, covered in paint.  They were gossiping to one another about my attire while I was in the building, I picked up on some snarky comments.

Upsetting to see that the tellers are so high and mighty as to insult someone who makes the same they do just because I happen to be physically active and messy in order to do my job.  They just couldn't wait three minutes for me to make my deposit.  I'm still using the bank for my account, but I'm never going inside there again, for any purpose.

I was very unimpressed by both the service and policies of this bank. My grandmother banked there and they seemed to treat her quite well. However, I felt that they would rather not have to deal with their student customers. Almost as though students are more an annoyance than an asset. They were very unwilling to work with me. I switched banks and had a much better experience at my new bank for the remaining two years.

Bad situation with Mr. Matt Bryant at This particular Key Bank. He came into my store 2 months ago purchased a couch from me. Before he Made the purchase He mentioned he wanted me to switch to his bank. I said "o.k. I'll think about it" I delivered it 20 miles away for an additional $10 in a snow storm. He called at least 4 times for the following 2 weeks. During the second week I asked him "how is the couch?" he said "great" A month and a half later after he figured out I didn't want to switch banks he asked if he could return the couch. I said "yes, with a 20% re-stocking fee" didn't hear from him again for another 2 weeks. Then he called again and said they were going to return the couch. At that point it had been 2 months.I am a small business and have signs that clearly state "All Furniture and Decor sales Final" and initially wanted to be nice. Unfortunately he didn't take advantage when he had the chance.he seems to want to use his purchases as a bartering tool for his bank. Which I think is a bad reflection on Mr. Matt Bryant and Key Bank itself.

The tellers are informative but NEVER "helpful." I have been a client there since I was small and the only reason I was with them that long was because of proximity. I would not recommend this bank to anyone, at the very least try another location. They need to hire some real men.
