St Robert Hawthorn bank is the best bank I have ever done business with on over 40 years, they are ALWAYS very polite, kind and helpful, I have never had any issues with them EVER

There was a complete mess up on a CASH deposit.  I called the main service line and was transferred a few times until I spoke to a woman whose name was Chris who thought my situation was funny.  She GIGGLED several times while I was speaking to her.  WORST customer service I have ever received at a bank. She had to investigate the situation and call me back.  Which was fine.  She left a message on my voice mail and when I called back and asked for Chris (since she left no last name on the voice mail) I was treated rudely by the person answering the phone number. I asked for Chris and she said which one, there are 2..I told her she left no last name and the she was handling a deposit error for me. She kept repeating which one?  I finally told her to give me to the first Chris and I would ask if they were the one that left the voice message.  She never offered to put me on hold and ask either one of them. Overall it was a bad customer service day at that bank..
