I cannot begin to express my displeasure with one of your Customer Service Reps at the Richmond Hill location. My husband are responding to the secure Credit Card poster we saw displayed at the bank. We went June 13th, 2014 the young lady gave us a brief description on what to expect. She NEVER indicated that she had to contact her head office to gather information. On June 14th, 2014 we went back with $500.00 and ready to open the account. At that point she indicated that she has to contact her head office and blah blah blah ending with here is my business I will call you on Monday June 19th, 2014 as soon as I speak to them. We waited and of course no call came in. On June 17th, 2014 my husband went back in person the same young woman said "Oh! I could not reach any one in at my head office." My husband asked the dumb question..."well why didn't you call me anyway and save me a trip here." The young lady said it was not necessary. This level of pure stupidity is ancient and should not ever exist in corporate America. I don't understand what kind of business you are running but frankly I am a Director of Operations and Support in the Banking business myself and frankly this young lady should be in a supermarket where people do not care. Disgusted is what am feeling right now.
