The first few months that I used this bank location there was nothing but problems-mostly because the staff seemed to change weekly-Then one of the tellers became more regular and aquainted to my needs and it spread to the rest of the staff. I have had a lot of unusual banking needs and they have have helped me in every way. I know I am far from their biggest account but it means a lot to be addressed by your name when you come throughthe door. I look forward to my visits to the bank-thanks to the whole staff.

Have been with this bank for a few years now they have always been helpful in anyway they can very fast and friendly love this bank and all the people who work in Festus branch great group of people

I have had nothing but great experiences with this bank. They have always been helpful and very polite. They always answer my questions and call me back. I LOVE THIS BANK AND THEIR EMPLOYEES. GREAT BUNCH

my acct was sold out from Bank of America to First State Community Bank in Cape.  I gave this new bank a try after Bank of America and it has not only turned out to be a nightmare, but has cost me money and I feel cheated.  I am still considering going to the BBB. The manager was very rude and She was not helpful at all, on two occasions.  I finally spoke with a regional manager named and He was more customer friendly.  The bank did not reimburse me 100% for fees accured but met me halfway which was a step up from the haughty and rude behavior of the manager.
I will not be doing with this bank again.  Wood & Huston is treating me right.

This bank is not investor friendly.   Don't waste your time.

I am a realestate agent.

I sent a client to tom paull as he had 3,000 towards closing costs.
When all said and done my buyers got 1,400

Plus it was supposed to include the homeowners insurance.
Now they get notice saying that the insurance not paid.
Plus we have left messages for tom paull and left messages for tim nash.
