If your looking for a bank that goes above and beyond for each and every customer, look no further. I have lived all over the country and banked with large banks and small banks and have never been treated better. Nor do I dread going to the bank anymore. I actually look forward to it! How many people can say that? I know I can! Being immediately welcomed when you walk in by not one, but usually the entire office, always makes my day. If I have a problem, which I ever rarely do, I am able to speak to a REAL LIVE PERSON! My kids love the bank because they have many community events we can attend and participate in! They also are a one stop shop for loans and safety deposit boxes. You would be crazy to go anywhere else than FMB!
