I can honestly say every time I have gone with a question about my account,wires or transfers, interest rates or loan information the employees have been quick to respond.

You are all greatly appreciated!!

I just want to give them all a big "THUMBS UP" for doing their jobs and keeping it friendly and personal. This is the reason I have chosen Community Bank and Trust, over all the other banks in my neighborhood,for 15 + years.

Today I Wanted to cash a check and meet with the notary. I am a customer of the bank, for years I have been, and have two accounts with them. I never had problems using my federal government issue tribal id card with my name and date, signature, picture, address, an expiration date etc. They claim that because my expiration date is listed as indefinite that it is not going to be accepted. The ID is issued by the Department of the Interior, same authority as Department of State who issues passports, which they would accept. I called branch managers, and compliance and they refuse to accept the Picture id issued by the federal government through my Nation. The teller identified me to cash the check by calling another branch to ask if they know me, which they did, so I got the check cashed, but could not receive the notary service promised to other customers.

The management is the worst. Employees poorly trained.
You're not important enough to get a paper signed if management is in a meeting. Employees are too afraid to interrupt them. You're not important enough to get a returned
call within 2 hrs; then I had to call them back. Don't expect
the notary to know what they are doing. They started out not charging you for a returned check if you have a savings acct.,
now if your check does not clear and they take it out of your
savings they charge you $10 per items.
