If there was an option for 0 stars out of 5 I would have given them that! Been with them for about 2 years and had nothing but problems. Customer service sucks and they don't seem to care to fix anything. I honestly have no idea how the are still in business! Closing my account today!

There is an employee at this bank who is the most unfriendly, rudest witch that ever walked the face of the earth. She can be reconized by here painted on eyebrows and her orange tan. I am considering closing my account with citizens because of their horrible customer service. Want ever happened to being a valued customer?

Didn't even know the person accept his bank balance. Great service under the sheets when you get a free vacation with a deviant. This could have been Helene but he thought you were fat!!!! Nice guy
