I am a professional so I also have experience working with many other professionals in various businesses. This bank is unfortunately one of the lowest. Messages of mine have gone unreturned and information that was allegdly sent in the mail "after" a phone call took weeks to arrive. My recent interaction with this bank left me with the lowest impression when the unmotivated and unhelpful representative has me now looking for a better bank to do my business with.
