They have cut back on all services. This bank used to help in every way possible. Each time I go in another service is cut back. The loss of notary service has cost be over $100 alone. I miss the old Capitol one with its incredible service.

Nicholas Colburn was a fantastic banker. He had my accounts opened in minimal time and I would highly recommend him. He is extremely efficient.

Everyone is always so nice and bubbly great customer service skills.
Very fast bankers, very nice attitudes and always with a perfect smile.
I have the app but prefer to come in because the service is great here.
