I have been with this bank for a few years now even through the merge from Green to Capital. I have always been treated with respect from the tellers to the managers. I recently had a problem geting a large amount of money from the atm. I work out of town, mostly in the west. I called the bank with the problem i had and spoke to the manager. I had a returned phone call resolveing my problem within 5 minutes,very pleased. I have had minor issues in the past as well and have never had a problem getting them fixed. I am very pleased with the courtesy and response time for my problem. I am and have been a satisfied customer, thanks to the staff at Capital Bank. Customer for life.

I have been this green bank a long time, but since it changed to capital bank its been nothing but one problem after the next, i have been in there everyday for the past 2 weeks trying to get simple problems resolved that are their fault to begin with. it's ridiculous, and the tellers are the most unprofessional disrespectful and rudest people i have ever met, there is two tellers that that are decent, even the manager plays nice to your face but never returns phone calls (nor does the asst. manager) and then after you've had to take the time out of you week everyday to come in there and your told over and over it will be fixed by the end of that day.. it's still not ever fixed..needless to say my problem is still not fixed, i will be switching banks after my next direct deposit is mad, due to not having time to change it now. im so disppointed and will tell everyone i know not to bank with them and if they do to change, i don't know what it takes to get something done but obviously its going to take reporting them to the owners and the BBB, also becareful how you use YOUR money because they way they take it out, it doesn't matter if your funds are in there at the time of purchase they will still charge you as if they weren't and give you a bunch of insf. funds paid fees. and they are 35 dollars every time they have done this to me over 5 times now and told me yesterday they would no long refund them it didn't matter that it wasn't my fault and it didn't matter the dates were on my acct to prove the funds were in there t the time of purchase that they couldnm't keep refunding them so i told them i was changing banks after i get my next dd and i think thats why they are taking their time fixing my credit ive been waiting on for over a month and my od to be fixed.. this bank sucks and only cares about making theirself look good and sits there laughing and cutting up with their employees or on the phone while your sitting in the lobby waiting to talk about YOUR money in YOUR acct. someone should really get rid of the current employees and managers and get new ones that actually care about their customers. we make that bank what it is, too bad they don't realize that..

Slowest drive thru teller in town. When Capital took over Greenbank and cleaned house, they took a great bank and turned it into an average at best bank. What other bank has one teller on Friday mornings?
