Been with this bank since they bought out our old bank. A helpful banker spoke with my husband one day when he was making g a deposit and informed him of their over 65 plan for checking. When we leased a small apartment in CA to be close to our daughter they informed us on precautions to take in this area where identity theft is third in the nation. Tellers have always been extremely pleasant and accurate. We use the Eden Prairie office but sometimes go to the west Bloomington branch. They are equally nice and thorough there.

We have received great service from the personal banker Z.S. in the Oklahoma Ave (Milwaukee, WI) branch. He was extremely helpful, friendly and took his time to explain all parameters regarding our account. He knows his stuff and his advice was priceless.

The staff work in a very clean and modern environment and are the friendliest people you ever want to meet. They struggle to make you feel like you're welcome and deliver the best services with a genuine caring attitude. They even miss me if I don't show up in less then a month and worry. I feel like they are all personal friends of mine. I am grateful to have an account at BMO Harris bank on Rose St. in La Crosse, WI.

So far, my experience with BMO Harris in Olathe has been very positive. We were former M&I customers, so I wasn't sure if I would like BMO after they acquired M&I. So far, so good. Every time I call this Olathe branch, a real person answers the phone and the service is friendly. All of my questions are quickly answered and I have been very pleased.

I work at the branch in whitefish bay and understand the frustration that clients went through. I really hope people can understand it was the same ordeal for employees, we also went through a transition and it's not easy. I really hate the idea of rude tellers and people that come to our branch hopefully don't experience that. I will make sure that if you come into the lobby that will not happen. Don't know why i'm directed to this from google and why its under wfb, and our address, when all of these reviews are for other branches. As an employee this might seem fake but I could give a 'blank' about BMO. We could care less about working for a new "boss", but will never forget the people that we've met during our experiences. I say sorry for everybody that still hates a lable and not real people.

The Buckeye Branch, has been so helpful, always... Staff are nice and try to remember me, very personable. Use to be MI Bank and the transition has been smooth. Some of the negative comments here must be from another branch!

I have been in this branch multiple times and the staff is always friendly. They are always busy helping customers with smiles on...I have called the 800 number a couple times for questions and everyone is very pleasant..Conversion weekend I just waited until the inital boom slowed down to call...who would call when EVERYONE that banks there is calling? Thats just nonsensical.

I read the other reviews and only went here because as a Canadian we use the BMO bank. We needed to transfer a large amount of money from Canada and the nice people at BMO Harris Ocoee branch bent over backwards to help us.

I bet they did. Money talks, especially when it is a substantial amount. In any bank you are treated by the amount of money you have in their bank.

I have been banking with this company since I was 13 years old. Im now 19. I have had nothing to complain about. The staff are amazing, and always very friendly. Its to the point where they know me by name, and I appreciate that. Overall, the best bank ever.
