Bank of the west is terrible. I am a customer of 7 years. I guess I was a glutton for punishment. The were very unresponsive in 2010 when I had a fraudulent transaction. The customer service on the phone is rude, and very unhelpful. In fact, the only thing the phone monkies can do is tell you your balance and branch locations and hours of operations. Ive been in good standing never megative, never late on the one loan I took out. Today, they put a hold on my payroll check, from the same company I've been with for over 3 years. So now I have to wait several days before the finds are available. When I called for assistance they were so rude and unhelpful, it almost seemed like they were baiting a reaction so they could laugh about it later. The supervisors are impotent and carefree. Go to a reliable, reputable bank. You've been warned.

Just terrible, unless you know them personally, they will not aide in research and investigating check fraud or embezzelment, even after the legal docs were shown, they refused to assist a legitimate client. The Mgr. was actually rude and I hope the superiors read this and act on this review. Needless to say we are going to pull out all assets out of this bank, (not just this Branch) That is the effect of bad customer service and I was talking to the Branch Manager Ms. Suber!

My wife and I have banked at the Broomfield Bank of the West location long before it was even on 120th ave. We have always been blown away by the branch staff, for not just service but true banking knowledge. We have gotten to know the managers and some of the tellers, all great people! I highly recommend this location to all of my friends and family! Keep up the great work!
