This is the worst bank ever. I don't recommend this bank to anyone. Their customer service skills are horrible. They have no standardized way to provide feedback nor to give a prompt follow up on customers concerns. Most times they tell me "I don't know". I am ready to close my account w them...

I agree, worst bank ever. I have not closed my account only because it is easier for my family in Mexico to make deposits, but they do not even know what customer service is. From the 1800 number in California to the local banks... they are worse than the Mexican Banamex. I do not recommend this bank to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
