I apply for a saving account, on line at asbank.com since last Friday or last Wednesday. I have not heard from you to find out if u i will be able to open the acct. I have not receive a phone call, 1-224-804-2404.

I have been using this bank since 2002, I love the staff . They know  you by your name and most know why you are there. I never  have to wait to be served, at times have a hard getting out because we talk about the kids and everything.... they are like family and it is like catching up.

i am a bagger at the commisarry and i get tips.i went to your teller at the buckley mall and handed her my $400 biinlls in 1s to deposit. your teller asked me is tis what u made today? how much u make? and does it take u long to make this...theres a sign upfront saying armedforces nank value customers privacy...confidentiality. i didnt see that in tis teller. i spoke to to Ms barb manager at the exchange ans she is aware of these. the teller did not have a name tag.i was inform that she is the supervisor of the bank..this teller? seriously...i have baggers using more courtesy and tact than this teller. no customer service,no sense at all..how can u ask me how much money i make. do u ask all ur customers that when they deposit pay checks.does she ask all the customer that when they have 2nd~3rd party checks? or does she feels that cause i wore a smocks n bag grocery that i dont deserve the proper courtesy.i have open another account with NavyFederal cause of your abusive teller.shame on her.
